Helping businesses and brands with their social media is my ‘sweet spot,’ bringing together sales and marketing experience, writing & editorial skills, content strategy, creativity, affinity for technology, emotional intelligence, curiosity, playfulness & spontaneity, pleasure in helping people and leadership skills.It’s been an interesting path which has lead me to this point; from working my way through college and earning my Marketing degree from the University of Florida, then onto get an international MBA and living abroad; to having fun and discovering my inner geekiness while building a successful career in telecommunications during the last tech boom.

After personally and professionally navigating through the bust(s) with even more resiliency, wisdom, and creativity super-powers, I started Inside Social Media to fill the gap between social media knowing and doing. I create and implement smart social media solutions that integrate with your business, your marketing and your voice.

Suzanne Reinfranck

Suzanne is a results-oriented social media specialist and management professional. Her astute listening skills, patience, diverse background, and sense of humor allow her to work effectively with all personalities and industries. She is a tenacious leader and motivating team player with a positive “can-do” attitude. Suzanne successfully manages projects that are delivered on time and within budget, eagerly welcomes challenges, and offers social media training, strategies, and implementation services to businesses.

Suzanne earned bachelor degrees from UC Berkeley and the University of Illinois, Urbana, and holds a Masters of Arts in Teaching. She is also working towards completing professional certificates in Marketing and Online Marketing Strategies.  Suzanne is experienced in social media, training, communications, management, administration, and law, and has worked in the marketing, legal, construction, education, and waste management fields. During personal time, she sings with the Oakland Symphony Chorus, takes voice lessons, and plays violin.
